Lipofirm Pro

TriLipo Technology is comprised of two non-invasive aesthetic modalities working in conjunction with each other - TriLipo Radiofrequency and TriLipo Dynamic Muscle Activation.

TriLipo Radiofrequency utilises focused tri-pole radiofrequency energy to provide targeted heating of the dermal and deep dermal (hypodermal) layers, to cause contraction of the collagen fibres with resultant immediate tissue tightening, together with an increase in the metabolism resulting in neo-collagenesis and elastin production leading to long-term skin tightening over coming days and weeks.

The thermal effect also results in improved vascularisation of the dermal tissues, with subsequent elevation of oxygenation levels, vital for metabolism.

In contract to mono- and Bi-polar RF, TriPollar Radiofrequency can provide depth controlled treatment, with thermal effects limited to the treatment area and focussed energy on the targeted area.

TriLipo Dynamic Activation (DMA) uses the multiple electrodes of the Lipofirm Pro applicators to deliver low frequency pulsed currents to the underlying skin muscles. The Lipofirm Pro operates in a biphasic mode with cureent regulation to ensure optimum combination of current, frequency & pulse duration, ensuring maximum safety and efficacy.

TriLipo Dynamic Muscle Activation (DMA) is applied in conjunction with TriLipo Radiofrequency to provide mutually enhanced results.

TriLipo DMA provides simultaneous external and internal pressure on the fat layer. Externally, the operator applies downward pressure with the applicator, while internally the TriLipo DMA pulses cause muscle contraction, pushing the fat cells up. The combined forces 'squeeze' the fat layer, encouraging the fat to drain via the lymphatic system.

By operating the TriLipo Radiofrequency and TriLipo DMA in conjunction with each other, through a single tri-pole applicator, treatment is applied to the dermal layer, hypodermal fat layer and superficial muscle layers to deliver superior fat reduction and body contouring.

Deep, homogeneous, heating is achieved through the dermal and fat layers, and the liquefied fat released as a result of the TriLipo Radiofrequency heating effect and this is effectively moved into the lymphatic drainage system for removal from the body without the need for additional exercise.

The Lipofirm Pro incorporates three ergonomically designed, hand-held, treatment applicators. These differ in size and configeration to allow optimum treatment of different body and facial regions.

Applicator No. 1 is the largest - designed for treatment of large body areas and provides greatest depth penetration of the TriLipo Technologies. Applicator No. 1 incorporates 6 electrodes and an indication light guide ring. 

Applicator No. 2 is of medium size and is used for treatment of both body regions and facial regions. Applicator No. 2 incorporates 3 electrodes and an indication light guide ring.

Applicator No. 3 is the smallest, and is used in the treatment of small areas and the face. Applicator No. 3 also incorporates 3 electrodes and an indication light guide ring.

When not in use, the are securely held on the Lipofirm Pro's aesthetically designed applicator support platform.

All of the applicators use multiple electrode modulation to prevent extended electrode heating and subsequent tissue over-heating at the electrode-tissue contact points

The Lipofirm Pro is also supplied with a patient held Bio-Feedback control, which the patient can activate in case of discomfort to stop the treatment; and a Non-Contact Infrared Thermometer, with which the operator measures the surface temperature of the skin to ensure optimum treatment temperature is achieved.
